Zhenjiang Eco-Plating Specialized Zone 

 


Zhenjiang Eco-plating Specialized Zone occupies a land area of 182,000 square metres with a total planned building gross floor area of approximately 134,000 square metres. It is equipped with a centralized plating sewage treatment system at a capacity of 10,000 metric tons/day and a sewage liquid neutralization and recycling system at a capacity of 6,500 metric tons/day. The zone accommodates manufacturers and handle electroplating chemicals caused by them comprising copper, nickel, chromium, zinc, tin, gold, silver, ABS plastic, alloys and phosphatization substances.


The Eco-Plating Zone will be constructed in 3 phases, the first phase commenced in January 2008, the second phase commenced in early 2010, the third and fourth phases commenced in 2012. By the end of 2012. A gross floor area of over 80,000 square meters has been built.

The Eco-Plating Zone is situated at the International Chemical Industrial Park of Zhenjiang New Area, Jiangsu Province, with its eastern side adjacent to the Zhenda Railway, southern side close to the entrance of Shanghai-Nanjing Expressway, western side connected to the new highway directing to Nanjing Lukou International Airport, and northern side along with the Yangtze River. The Eco-Plating Specialized Zone is located in a place with convenient traffic and an extensive market network.
