Pursuant to Rule 2.07A of the Listing Rules and the articles of association of New Universe Environmental Group Limited, the Company will disseminate the future Corporate Communications to the Shareholders through the Company’s website and the Stock Exchange’s website and only send Corporate Communications in printed form to the Shareholders upon request. The arrangements will come into effect on 31 December 2023.
